Pic corrected by discarding milk and soup and noted cooler was not set at proper setting. Pic has been instructed to monitor food temperatures in this cooler, and not to use this cooler to hold tcs food, until adjusted or repaired to hold tcs food at 41°F. On follow up inspection found tcs food, milk 41°F and sauce 41°F, in the 1 door work top cooler. Pic states cooler has been set at correct setting, and is holding tcs food at 41°F. Continue to check cold holding temperatures. Violation corrected.
