The person in charge indicated that this portion of the oven very recently broke (today) and a repair technician has already been scheduled to repair it. Please have oven conveyor repaired as soon as possible. Observed the condensate line in the walk in cooler where it runs perpendicular to the wall is not insulated. To correct, please insulated this line to prevent condensate from developing on the outside of this line and then drip onto food and utensils below it.
