Critical Warewashing Chem.San., Temp/pH N/A N/A N/A The auto dishmachine is not effectively sanitizing. The dishmachine does not go through a sanitize cycle. Do not use this unit to wash dishes. Sanitize everything manually in 3 comp sink until repaired. Staff need to use test papers everyday before using machine to assure working properly. I will be back in 2 weeks to verify it's working.
