On follow up inspection found tcs food, blue cheese 41°F, and salad dressing 41°F, in the top portion of the 3 door prep top cooler, and found tcs food, chicken 41°F, burger patties 41°F, and portioned chicken 41°F, in the bottom portion of the 3 door prep top cooler. Violation corrected. Reviewed submitted rcp for cold holding, which includes using a monitoring chart, and it appears to be working.
