Note: top portion of this cooler was holding tcs food at 41°F, but was overloaded. Found tcs food, small bowls of salad 63°F and large bowls of salad 63°F in the under the counter salad cooler. Pic temporarily corrected by placing all tcs food above 41°F on prep table to be counted, and discarded as waste. Pic has been instructed not to use coolers to hold tcs food, until repaired/replaced to hold tcs food at 41°F. ,
