Pic temporarily corrected by placing portion cups in lower portion of cooler to cool back down to 41°F. Pic has been instructed to monitor and ensure containers are not overloaded, and tcs food is held at 41°F. Found tcs food, facility made salsas 46°F in the self service cold hold well. Pic states salsas were just restocked and temporarily corrected by placing salsas in an ice bath. To correct call for repair, and monitor and ensure tcs food is held at 41°F. These cold hold violations have repeated and a risk control plan must be submitted. ,
