As we discussed, never store chemicals, degreasers and sanitizers with food items, dishes, utensils and single service items. This is strictly prohibited. Management is responsible for frequently inspecting the restaurant, and ensuring safe storage of hazardous materials. Corrected at the time of inspection. The dishwashing chemicals have been relocated as directed above.
