Must be holding 41*f or less. Do not use this cooler for any potentially hazardous foods until it is repaired. All out of temp ph pastries were discarded. Staff need to be taking temps inside coolers at least 3 times a day to assure holding product at 41*f or less. I will be back in 2 weeks to verify unit is fixed.
