Critical Hot and cold holding N/A N/A N/A The vanilla and chocolate soft serve mix was found at 45-48*f. Must be holding at 41*f or below at all times. Staff need to use thermometer to check temps of this everyday. Do not use this unit until repaired and i must re-inspect it.
Critical Clean Sight/Touch-No Accum/Enc N/A N/A N/A The meat slicer in the bakery area was not cleaned thoroughly or properly after the last use. Staff need to disassemble parts and run through dishtank. The blade and the stand need to be cleaned in place by using detergent, then rinsing with clear water rags and then follow with sanitizer. Corrected by doing such while present. Suggest getting brushes so assist with cleaning the slicer.
