Used a quat test kit and found the sanitizing solution in the sanitizing bucket in the dining room/kitchen cooking area clearly above manufacturers specification of 200 ppm. Pic corrected by re-making sanitizing solution in the 3 compartment sink to manufacturers specification of 200 ppm, and changed all sanitizing buckets. Note: sanitizing in buckets were made from different batches, but marking water levels in sink may help staff when making sanitizing solutions. ,
