The directions on the back of the package indicate these products are not approved for use in food service establishments. 2) an employee installed a one gallon container of a multi-purpose cleaner on the chemical feeder for the quat sanitizer. Corrected by removing this chemical, and purging out the remaining cleaner. The kitchen manager looked for more quat sanitizer and could not find any in the building. He called eco-lab and ordered more. Chlorine sanitizer is being used for now
