All chemicals must be used as per manufacturers directions and not stored near an open heat source. To correct, need to relocate gasoline and lighter fluid away from hot water heater immediately. All raw animal products must be stored below and away from rte foods at all times to help prevent potential cross contamination. Lid on top portion of cooler was shut and minimal shavings were observed on equipment, but food cannot be stored in any area which may be exposed to potential contamination.
