The time was not marked on the sliced pizza display board for the various pizza types on display. Corrected at time of inspection by recording the times on the pizza by the slice display board for the corresponding pizza types. The employee was certain of the times for those pizza slices on dipslay; all pizza baked and placed on display at 11:30 am each morning. Some of the pizzas were baked a second time early this afternoon. All within the 4 hour discard time if using the 11:30 am out of oven time.
