||Shredded cheese found at improper temperature on top of salad bar. Potentially hazardous food shall be maintained at 41°F or below or 135°F or above at all times. Critical corrected: at time of inspection discarded shredded cheese found at 48°F - 49°F. Pic will look into getting the bars for the salad bar so the cheese can set down into the colder section of the unit on top of the metal bottom instead of being double panned. Unit adjusted at time of inspection.
