Found the sink stopper of the sanitizing compartment of the 3 compartment sink not working properly. Found the interior door panel of the produce walk in cooler missing plate cover. Found the cutting board holder tied together with cotton string. Observed water pooling on the bottom of the 2 door prep top cooler on the cooking line. Found the left door of the 2 door salad prep top cooler misaligned. Found the door handles of the bar cooler loose. To correct repair/replace all noted areas and keep equipment and utensils in good repair.
