There were no plastic gloves in facility when i first arrived for inspection. Pic stated that facility ran out of gloves this morning and was waiting for his morning delivery for more stock. Please note: most foodborne illnesses are transmitted by poor employee hygiene and bare hand contact with rte foods. Staff shall not handle rte foods with bare hands and shall utilize proper utensils and plastic gloves at all times.
