Observed employee in cooking/prep area handle raw hamburger patties, cook on grill, then finish topping off rte hamburgers with same gloves, cannot use same gloves when handling raw meats then switching to rte foods (possible cross-contamination). Pic stated that normal operation is to have 2 employees at burger cook/prep area (1°For raw meat handling, 1 to handle/plate rte burgers).
