Found the door handle of the back door missing. To correct replace door handle. Found the paper towel dispenser through out facility not working, but with rolls of paper towel on top of dispensers. To correct replace paper towel dispensers as soon as possible.

||Found the hood filters and edges of cooking hood in the kitchen soiled with greasy build up. Found the areas surrounding the battering shelf in the kitchen soiled with flour and bread crumbs. Found the interior of the microwave in the kitchen soiled with accumulation and build up. Found all coolers and freezers in the kitchen , (lids and doors, door gaskets and door handles, interiors surfaces) soiled with food debris, build up, and accumulation. Found the bottom of the mug chiller in the bar soiled with broken glass and debris. To correct set up cleaning schedule and ensure that all items are cleaned on a regular schedule to preclude accumulation.
