To correct, please put lettuce and spinach back in wic after initial food prep has finished. Pic corrected by putting lettuce and spinach back into wic at time of inspection. Violation corrected. , observed several uncooked pizzas on speed rack in cooking area with internal food temperatures of 60-62f. Pic stated that pizzas have been out for 20 minutes and are waiting to be cooked. All phf must be cold held at 41f or below at all times. To correct, need to keep uncooked pizzas in wic until ready to cook (do not store at room temperature). Pic corrected by putting all above mentioned pizzas in ovens to cook at time of inspection.
