Violation corrected. , observed +/- 20 milk cartons in display coolers on different serve lines in cafeteria with expired quality dates (9/12/14-9/14/14). Per chartwell policy, all rte milk cartons will be used or discarded by quality date that is marked on cartons. To correct, please rotate stock more often and discard all expired milks as required.

To correct, please remove frost from unit as soon as possible
