||Some potentially hazardous sandwich wraps found at improper temperature overstacked on top of refrigerated salad bar unit in dining area. Corrected at time of inspection: by discarding sandwich wraps found at improper temperature (wraps on top of pan found at 51°F - 52°F; wraps on bottom of pan found <41°F). Please use your thermometer to monitor food temperatures and fill pan to assure all potentially hazardous food maintains at 41°F or below. Per pic any leftover sandwich wraps are discarded at the end of the serve period
