Corrected at time of inspection by reheating meatballs and sauce found at 129°F - 133°F and chicken breasts found at 114°F - 127°F in the microwave oven to >165°F. Employee used thermometer to verify proper reheat temperature before placing food back in hot holding well. After checking setting on hot holding cabinet appears was set too low per pic; adjusted to higher setting. Pic will monitor throughout the day to assure all food maintains at a minimum 135°F in the hot holding unit.

Per employee the person closing last night stacked dishes prior to leaving even though they were still wet. Please leave the dishes until the next morning to stack if they are still wet
