Pic temporarily corrected by discarding all tcs food above 41°F in noted coolers and has been instructed not to use coolers to hold tcs food, until repaired/replaced to hold tcs food at 41°F. Found tcs food, cream cups 73°F which require refrigeration in the self serve beverage countertop. Pic corrected by discarding cream cups and was instructed to either keep cream cups at 41°F or use " no refrigeration required" cream cups. ,

||Asked employee how slicer is cleaned, and employee replied, slicer is cleaned of debris, washed with soapy water, and rinsed with sanitizer. Corrected by educating employee that slicer should be precleaned, washed with soapy water, rinsed with clean water, rinsed/wiped with sanitizer and air dried. Pic has been instructed to monitor and ensure employees are properly cleaning slicer.
