This was a power loss yesterday of unknow length. The power is restored and the refrigeration units are functioning properly at 40 degrees f. Phf must be maintained at a temperature of 41 degrees f. Or below at all times. Failure to maintain this standard results in unsafe storage conditions. Corrected at the time of inspection. The deli meats have been discarded.
