The chicken never contacted the trash can liner. The trash can liner is clean to sight and touch. Pic was told to stop this practice immediately and to utilize the available sheet rack or other acceptable method. Later during the inspection movement of chicken on sheets trays was observed not involving the trash can. Item corrected
