To correct re-evaluate if these "cold core" pitchers can hold tcs food at 41°F, and if proper procedures are being used and followed. Pic has been reminded that tcs food must be held at 41°F. I will return to verify that tcs food is held at 41°F. Note: this is not a repeated cold hold violation as situation is different.
