Need to sanitize as per manufacturers directions on chemical bottle (in this case 150-400ppm). Pic temporarily corrected violation by manually mixing sanitizer compt to 400ppm of quat at time of inspection. Please educate and train staff to manually mix sanitizer (and verify with test strips) until quat dispenser is repaired and then inspected by the health dept. I will check this item at follow up inspection. Correct within 10 days. ,
