||Observed five cartons of eggs (one dozen each) stored on the top shelf of the two door catering cooler above fruit pies. Corrected by relocating these eggs to the bottom shelf.

||Observed some plastic ware (mostly knives) stored in the bottom of an uncovered large plastic tub on a bottom shelf at the west end of the kitchen (near the kitchen exit door to the social room). Some dust/misc. Debris has accumulated in the bottom of this tub. Discard all of these knives and ensure they are protected from contamination in the future
