||Found an opened bag of bread crumbs stored on the floor of the storage room. To correct store bread crumbs in a food container on shelf at least 6 inches off the floor. Found a meat pattie on the shelf of the 2 door reach in freezer. Employee corrected by discarding meat pattie. Pic was reminded that food products must be stored in a protected manner, such as in a covered container.

To correct install an ice cream dipper well, and provide additional ice cream scoops, clean and sanitize ice cream scoops and container of water at least every 4 hours.
