||Observed insert pans of rte chicken patties, chicken tenders, sliced ham and sliced turkey in 2 door upright cooler (cold cut prep cooler) with internal food temperatures of 53-74f. All other food items in same cooler cold holding at 40f. Staff stated all above mentioned food items were prepped less than 30 minutes ago. Upon further investigation, discovered that all of these food items are brought out and prepped/sliced at the same time. Please remember that all phf must be cold held at 41f or below at all times. Staff need to prep/slice/handle one food item at a time and leave other phf in cooler until ready to prep another item. Corrected by rapidly cooling all above mentioned food items in wif to 41f at time of inspection. Violation corrected.
