Pic corrected by having employee reheat items to 165°F for 15 seconds, and has been instructed to monitor and ensure tcs food that is to be hot held is reheated to at least 165°For 15 seconds.

||Found the floor in bar area with cracked tiled and rough patched areas, and the kitchen tiled floor had numerous cracks. To correct repair tiled floor to be durable, smooth, and cleanable. Found the ceiling in the back kitchen area covered with a patch of wall paper. To correct verify if ceiling is leaking, repair as needed, and finish ceiling to be durable, smooth, and cleanable.
