Critical Manual and Mechanical Warewash N/A N/A N/A The dishwasher at the bar is not dispensing any sanitizer. Initially the bucket of sanitizer in use was clear and may have been diluted. After changing sanitizer to a new bucket and after priming sanitizer was detected at about 25 ppm cl. The line for the sanitizer was plugged and was then able to prime through some sanitizer. However, once run on it's own there wasn't any detectable level of sanitizer on the test strip. Chlorine must be dispensed at 50 ppm cl in order to properly sanitize all utensils etc. Chem lab was called for repair at time of inspection. Once repaired you may use the dishmachine. In the interim, use the 3c sink to manually sanitize any and all utensils. ,
