Corrected by placing these in the waste food bucket. All phfs must be held at 41f or below for food safety. A full, but in-use 1/6 pan of sliced tomatoes was found to be 41f (bottom) to 51f (top layers) in the make line cooler. This temperature differential is due to its proximity to the bun toaster. Other foods, such as pickle slices stored three containers further away from the toaster were holding at 41f. Corrected by swapping the locations for these two items
