Also found an insulated beverage dispenser in the old men's room, stored directly on the floor. To correct - all of these items must be stored in their original wrappings or be stored in smooth, cleanable, durable containers to provide protection from dust, debris, splash and excessive handling. All food dispensers must be stored at least 6" above the floor and in a location safe from contamination. The beverage dispenser must be moved to the more appropriate location of the dry storage room
