Cooler is not functioning properly. All phf food must be cold held at 41f or below at all times. Do not use this cooler until properly repaired and inspected by the wash county health dept. I will check this item at follow up inspection. Correct within 10 days. Pic stated that all food in prep unit cooler was either prepped 1-1. 5 hours ago or transferred from wic less than an hour ago. Pic also stated that no food is left in prep unit cooler overnight.
