||Observed a large pot being washed by hand. The pot was washed and rinsed but not sanitized before placing on a storage shelf for use. Observed this to be a common practice for large items washed by hand. Improperly washed utensils were rewashed and sanitized. Corrected during the inspection by educating the dishwashing person to sanitize dishes after washing before storage for use. Item corrected

||Outside at the rear of the facility near the oil recycle bin observed heavy oil and grease staining on the pavement. Correct by cleaning the area around the storage bin now and on a more frequent basis too prevent the accumulation of waste grease on the pavement. Also, keep the lid of the waste recycle bin closed.

||Above the main grill area observed the ventilation filters with a heavy accumulation of grease. Correct by cleaning now and on a more frequent basis to prevent a heavy accumulation of grease

||Stored in Less than 50-100 ppm chlorine
||Observed cloths used for wiping counters stored in a bucket containing chlorine sanitizer solution with a concentration of 0 ppm. Corrected during inspection by having the person in charge make a new solution containing the proper sanitizer concentration.
