||Found the overspray rinse nozzle below the flood rim of the bagel table, and found overspray rinse nozzle hose not fed through metal loop which when properly fed will provide adequate air gap. Pic corrected by adjusting overspray rinse nozzle hose through metal loop which provided adequate air gap. Pic has been reminded to monitor and ensure air gap is maintained at all times.
