Staff stated that soup was taken out of wic and placed in steam table 4 hours ago. All phf must be rapidly reheated to 165f or more within 2 hours. Please remember that the steam tables are designed to hold temperatures, not for rapid cooking/reheating. To correct, will need to reheat soups in microwave oven or obtain proper soup cooker/kettle as soon as possible. Pic corrected by discarding soup at time of inspection. Critical corrected.
