Water was observed to be leaking out of the vent cap during the inspection today. No documentation is available indicating the internal components have been replaced at this store. Have a state approved certified tester replace the internal components on the watts regulator pressure vacuum breaker located at the mop sink faucet and then test the unit for proper operation. Your contractor is required to provide you with a testing form at the conclusion of the testing. Forward this test form to me as verification the work was performed.
