||I observed cooked off whole potatoes in a pot in the 2 door upright cooler at 73*f after cooling for 4 hours. Hot foods must cool from 135*f to 70*f in 2 hours or less. You are ordered not to be cooling foods until you obtain a walk in cooler. It is ok to temporarily cool very small amounts in your upright freezer until you get the walk in cooler. Corrected by discarding the potatoes.
