Both corrected by diluting/adding more quat sanitizer as needed to provide 200 ppm. In the future, ensure staff are running the water first (75 degrees) then adding the quat sanitizer (to prevent foaming), mix the solution to distribute the chemical, and then checking the concentration with the test papers (10 seconds in the solution) to verify 200 ppm on the color chart
