Please sanitize all dishes and utensils before using after cleaning. Corrected at time of inspection by setting up the sanitizer sink with the proper concentration of chlorine. Washed and rinsed dishes placed in sanitizer compartment for proper contact time to sanitize properly. Facility does have a chlorine test kit to monitor sanitizer concentration

Corrected at time of inspection by removing items that were located in front of handwash sink. It appears the handwash sinks are not used very frequently. Handwashing is the single most important action your employees can take to prevent potential foodborne illness. Please discuss with all employees when they should wash their hands and why.
