I found that the underside of the mixer is caked with dried on food debris. Food contact surfaces must be frequently washed, rinsed and sanitized. Failure to keep food contact surfaces clean can lead to the contamination of food, a leading cause of food borne illness. I recommend establishing a routine cleaning schedule for the mixer. Corrected at the time of inspection. The mixed has been cleaned as instructed above. |
