||Chili and nacho cheese found in the warmer at 60 degrees f. The unit had been unplugged. Last season game was tuesday the 19th of march. It is possible that this was to be discarded as part of final clean up that had not yet occurred. Potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 135 degrees f or above. If food is to be discarded at end of event/season, it must be discarded immediately. Corrected by discarding foods at time of inspection.
