||Used a quat test kit and found the quat sanitizing solution flowing from the quat dispenser, and in the 3 compartment sink below manufacturer's recommended range of 150 to 400 ppm. Pic states he checks quat sanitizer weekly and will temporarily manually mix chlorine sanitizer to sanitize dishes. To correct call for repair and use your chlorine test kit to verify proper concentration of sanitizer. Note: this is not a repeated violation as previous violation was of a different situation and nature. ,
