Also, observed the following miscellaneous equipment to be unclean: the two salt shakers for the french fry station, a ladle used for a cheese sauce, and the magnetic frosty machine spinners/agitators used in the top refrigerated hopper. Take necessary steps to ensure these food contact surfaces are thoroughly cleaned. Some of these pans may need soaking in hot soapy water and/or in a degreaser (if plastic safe) to help remove the build-up. After these containers have been cleaned, sanitized and air dried, ensure staff are inspecting the pans for cleanliness prior to using them or stacking them on the storage shelf
