Salmon these items had been stocked, from the properly functioning walk in cooler, into the reach in cooler at opening (about one hour before). The unit was found to be unplugged and not providing proper cooling. Pic plugged the unit in and it started cooling. After an hour the unit's air temperature was found to be below 41 degrees f. The above mentioned tcs items were rapidly chilled with ice to below 41 degrees f. Item corrected
