||Used a quat test kit and found the sanitizing solution in the santizing spray bottle, which is sprayed on cleaned utensils, about 100 ppm, below manufacturer's specification of 200 ppm. Corrected by making a fresh sanitizing solution to manufacturer's specification of 200 ppm. Please note: the source of sanitizing bottle was old and may not be as concentrated. Please use test kit to mix sanitizing solutions to 200 ppm.
