Pic corrected by discarding cream cups, and has been instructed to store cream cups in cooler at 41°F or use cream cups that do not require refrigeration. This is a repeated cold hold violation and a risk control plan has been issued. Found tcs food, liquid cheese 121°F in the hot holding cheese dispenser. Pic corrected by discarding liquid cheese, and has been instructed to verify that hot holding cheese dispenser is working properly, and repair cheese dispenser to hold cheese at 135°F and above if necessary. ,

Found the door gaskets and interiors of cooler soiled with accumulation of debris. Found the shelves and edges of counters soiled with accumulation. To correct clean noted areas and keep clean.
