The steam milk is provided to customer and then container is rinsed out in handsink and not wash rinse and sanitized until the end of the day. Steamed milk container is not refrigerated. Based on procedure of non refrigeration, the steamed milk container must be wash rinsed and sanitized at least once every four hours. Change the procedure immediately and retrain all employees at all three stores. Corrected by discussion and new sop for cleaning of the steamed milk container will be provided for the file at time of the follow up inspection

This unit is ordered out of service for the storage of ph foods until repaired and or adjusted. All ph foods are required to be maintained at 41 degrees f or below.
